Free Sports Physicals
The Shelley medical clinic will be giving free sports physicals on May 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Students can pick up athletic physical forms in the high school office. Anyone planning on participating in a fall sport should take advantage of this opportunity. All Freshman and Juniors are required to have a physical and an interim questionnaire before they participate in a high school sport. Sophomores and Seniors must turn in an interim questionnaire.
