STATE OF IDAHO SCHOLARSHIPS
The State of Idaho On-Line Scholarship site will open Thursday, November 13, 2008, for student applicants. The Following information is intended to guide you through the process.
The Following Scholarships Require an On-Line Application:
- Idaho Robert Lee Promise Category A-Academic
- Idaho Robert Lee Promise Category A- Professional Technical
- Fedral Robert C. Bryd Honors Scholarship
- Idaho Governor's Cup- Academic (Additional Information Required)
- Idaho Governor's Cup-Professional Technical (Additional Information Required)
- Freedom Scholarship
- Public Safety Officer
Application Window:
- Site Opens for student Applicants Thursday, November 13,2009
- Site Closes January 15, 2010
- Validation site opens for High School Official/School Counselor January 17, 2009
- Validation site closes February 20, 2009

New This Year:
- Changes to PromiseA scholarship. Students no longer have to be in the top ten percent (10%) of their Graduating class to apply for the promise A scholarship. There is still a 3.5 unweighted GPA and a 28 or Higher composite score on the ACT required to apply for the PromiseA Scholarship.
- Homeschooled students are now eligible to apply for the Promise A and the Governor's Cup Scholarship.
- The Governor's Challenge Scholarship has been renamed the Goveror's Cup.
- The "Frequently Asked Questions" document that helps students with the application Process can now be accessed directly from the scholarship home Page.
